Embracing the rollercoaster

Let's dive into the whirlwind of emotions, the messy bits, and the beautiful chaos that make up our mental health journeys. Remember, it's okay to not have it all together – that's the real magic of being human. Embracing vulnerability and imperfection is where the true strength lies.

Join us as we navigate the seas of normalizing mental health struggles, one story at a time. Let's laugh, cry, and grow together. This podcast is your safe space, your reminder that to struggle is to be human.

About Kass

What’s up y’all? I’m Kassidy, and let me tell you, I’m absolutely psyched about anything to do with the brain! Humanity? Now that’s the real juicy stuff, don’t you think? The more we unravel its mysteries, the more kickass our lives can be. And hey, life's tough, no doubt about it, but if I can make it a tad more relatable for y’all, count me in!

Now, when I’m not geeking out about brains, you’ll catch me living it up with my dogs and hubby outside (and yes, I mean outside, not outdoors!). Whether I’m lifting weights or giving my plants some TLC (yep, I'm on the road to recovery from plant homicide!), I’m all in. And fair warning: I’ve got a sailor's mouth and a laugh that could wake the neighbors!

P.S.: Bio writing? Ughhhhhhh

About Tay

Howdy ya’ll! My name is Taylor and I’m so happy you are here! One question I get asked a lot is why I decided to become a therapist, and let me tell you- delving into the mysteries of the human mind and society has been something I have always found interest in. Being a small part of people's journeys on this crazy planet? It's my jam.

When I'm not wearing my therapist hat, you can catch me soaking up nature's goodness. Camping, hiking, gardening—you name it! Anything that gets me closer to Mother Earth is where you'll find me happiest.

Why oranges?

The Orange

At lunchtime I bought a huge orange—
The size of it made us all laugh.
I peeled it and shared it with Robert and Dave—
They got quarters and I had a half.

And that orange, it made me so happy,
As ordinary things often do
Just lately. The shopping. A walk in the park.
This is peace and contentment. It’s new.

The rest of the day was quite easy.
I did all the jobs on my list
And enjoyed them and had some time over.
I love you. I’m glad I exist.
